Destination A holiday to Ibiza is an excellent choice for young adults wanting to party, as well as those looking to discover the history of the island. Known as the party capital of Europe, you can be sure your dancing shoes will be kept happy from partying from dusk until dawn. With a warm climate throughout the year, you can enjoy some winter sun, as well as scorching heat during the summer months. Take a walk through the narrow cobbled streets of the Old Town, browse the traditional shops or enjoy a drink in one of the bars – that’s what we would do!

Hundreds of thousands of tourists flock to the island throughout the year to discover the wild nightlife and the stunning beaches. British holidaymakers will feel right at home in Ibiza with a night in San Antonio Bay or Playa D’en Bossa, bringing back memories of those nights spent out in Brighton or Bournemouth, only Ibiza is bigger and better with a bigger party atmosphere. Relax on the public sandy beaches, lay by the sea in the small intimate coves or stroll through the streets looking at all the shops on offer.

Whatever you choose to do, book an Ibiza holiday now with Qwerty Travel – you know you can hear it calling your name!
For Singles

When: Who enjoys a party? We certainly do! Why not come and have fun at the opening and closing parties, or get your party shoes (in this case, we’re talking flip flops) on for the beach and boat parties. Make the most of the island’s biggest parties and join the other singletons from May to September.

Where: Looking for all night parties? Then head towards San Antonio and Playa D’en Bossa. Both are home to some great clubs and an amazing party atmosphere, as well as the well-known party hotel, Ibiza Rocks Hotel. Make sure you have your party shoes with you because you’re going to need them!

Why: As the party island of Europe, you can be sure there’ll be plenty of opportunities to let your hair down, partying at your own pace. Find a cheeky holiday romance, party the night away or sleep all day – the world is your oyster in Ibiza!

For Groups

When: Travel with your mates anytime between May and September to make the most of the lively entertainment. Some of the world’s best DJs play their biggest shows during the summer months, creating an amazing atmosphere.

Where: Playa D’en Bossa and San Antonio are the places to be during the summer. Stay in the famous Ibiza Rocks Hotel or Jet Apartments where there are parties 24 hours a day. You and your friends can join in the party atmosphere that has put these hotels on the map!

Why: The nightclubs, the hotel parties, the beach parties and the boat parties ... what else could call so many groups of friends over to Ibiza every year? Tan yourself in the warm heat, relax on the sandy beaches and enjoy the party atmosphere with your friends.

For Couples

When: Holiday in Ibiza throughout the year, whether you want some winter sun or an unforgettable romantic summer getaway, you can escape here whenever you fancy getting away, just the two of you. Be the envy of all your friends and boast a golden glow from a relaxing holiday in the warm Mediterranean sun.

Where: Head towards the intimate resorts of Santa Eulalia or Puerto San Miguel for a romantic break. Explore the art galleries, the yacht marinas and some of the best restaurants in Santa Eulalia, or relax on the sheltered beaches of Puerto San Miguel. You will certainly put the spark back into your life with a trip to Ibiza!

Why: Get cosy in the romantic restaurants and intimate bars of the Old Town, soak up the sun on the sandy beaches whilst sipping cocktails or stroll along the beach hand in hand. Romance is everywhere on the island!

For Families

When: The best times to escape to Ibiza are May to June or September to October as these are the cooler months of the season and not so busy. Wanting to avoid an argument with the school? Travel in July and August; although it’s busier, the sun is warmer and the kids will make friends with other holidaymakers.

Where: Veer away from the lively resorts of San Antonio and Playa D’en Bossa and head towards Santa Eulalia, Cala Portinatx and Es Cana which are far more family-friendly than any of the other resorts.

Why: Ibiza has plenty to offer families in the way, with its historic Old Town and UNESCO World Heritage sites. The Old Town has quaint narrow streets, intimate bars and quirky shops to browse through. If you are looking for a cultural activity then head towards Sa Caleta where there are remains of the first Phoenicians settlement. There are plenty of things to do in Ibiza, we just recommend you avoid the lively resorts like Ibiza Town, San Antonio and Playa D’en Bossa.

Weather What more would you need than a warm climate all year round? Get away from the cold winters in the UK and head to Ibiza for some sun and relaxation. The summers here are long and warm whilst the winter season is short and fairly mild. Ibiza is waiting for you to visit all year round – make sure you don’t let it down by not visiting!

What to expectLots of fun, dancing and good times await you in Ibiza, as well as a few hungover adolescents and sleepy people nursing their heads on the beaches. The stretches of sand are sublime and will be home to many Brits through the height of summer, whilst the town will be buzzing with those looking to party. There are plenty of scenic areas to visit for those wanting to get away from the crowded resorts, so you can be sure that everyone is catered for on a holiday in Ibiza.
