When: Who enjoys a party? We certainly do! Why not come and have fun at the opening and closing parties, or get your party shoes (in this case, we’re talking flip flops) on for the beach and boat parties. Make the most of the island’s biggest parties and join the other singletons from May to September.
Where: Looking for all night parties? Then head towards San Antonio and Playa D’en Bossa.
Both are home to some great clubs and an amazing party atmosphere, as well as the well-known party hotel, Ibiza Rocks Hotel. Make sure you have your party shoes with you because you’re going to need them!
Why: As the party island of Europe, you can be sure there’ll be plenty of opportunities to let your hair down, partying at your own pace. Find a cheeky holiday romance, party the night away or sleep all day – the world is your oyster in Ibiza!
When: Travel with your mates anytime between May and September to make the most of the lively entertainment. Some of the world’s best DJs play their biggest shows during the summer months, creating an amazing atmosphere.
Where: Playa D’en Bossa and San Antonio are the places to be during the summer. Stay in the famous Ibiza Rocks Hotel or Jet Apartments where there are parties 24 hours a day. You and your friends can join in the party atmosphere that has put these hotels on the map!
Why: The nightclubs, the hotel parties, the beach parties and the boat parties ... what else could call so many groups of friends over to Ibiza every year? Tan yourself in the warm heat, relax on the sandy beaches and enjoy the party atmosphere with your friends.
When: Holiday in Ibiza throughout the year, whether you want some winter sun or an unforgettable romantic summer getaway, you can escape here whenever you fancy getting away, just the two of you. Be the envy of all your friends and boast a golden glow from a relaxing holiday in the warm Mediterranean sun.
Where: Head towards the intimate resorts of Santa Eulalia or Puerto San Miguel for a romantic break. Explore the art galleries, the yacht marinas and some of the best restaurants in Santa Eulalia, or relax on the sheltered beaches of Puerto San Miguel. You will certainly put the spark back into your life with a trip to Ibiza!
Why: Get cosy in the romantic restaurants and intimate bars of the Old Town, soak up the sun on the sandy beaches whilst sipping cocktails or stroll along the beach hand in hand. Romance is everywhere on the island!
When: The best times to escape to Ibiza are May to June or September to October as these are the cooler months of the season and not so busy. Wanting to avoid an argument with the school? Travel in July and August; although it’s busier, the sun is warmer and the kids will make friends with other holidaymakers.
Where: Veer away from the lively resorts of San Antonio and Playa D’en Bossa and head towards Santa Eulalia, Cala Portinatx and Es Cana which are far more family-friendly than any of the other resorts.
Why: Ibiza has plenty to offer families in the way, with its historic Old Town and UNESCO World Heritage sites. The Old Town has quaint narrow streets, intimate bars and quirky shops to browse through. If you are looking for a cultural activity then head towards Sa Caleta where there are remains of the first Phoenicians settlement. There are plenty of things to do in Ibiza, we just recommend you avoid the lively resorts like Ibiza Town, San Antonio and Playa D’en Bossa.
